Dear Ninja Melk customers and fans,
Like all of you, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing impact on our families, communities, and partners. It is our sincere hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy, and our thoughts are with those who have been affected.
Our top priorities at Ninja Melk are the health and safety of our customers, warehouse team and delivery partners. We’re strictly following the guidance from the US and European governments for “food essentials” businesses, and we’re still open and delivering to your door.
As of today, Ninja Melk is fully operational with no interruption in service when ordering from ninjamelk.com and ninjamelk.eu. We’re monitoring our carriers, USPS, UPS and GLS, for any changes in service.
Amazon has announced delivery delays for Prime customers in limited areas (check your shopping cart for updated delivery estimates).
These are challenging times, and we’re watching the developments with uncertainty, hope, and a desire to help how we can. Your messages/DMs, orders and positive reviews bring us so much joy and hope during this uncertain time. Launching a small business is never easy, but with a community like Ninja Melk’s, we will get through this together.
